IANONI will offer refund or compensation according to your situation. Please check out the following details policies. we've made the return process super easy.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

1. All orders are covered by 14 days to make returns, counting from the date you receive the package, you can have a refund.

2. The Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product, Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s)

3. After we verify the issues and prove that is our mistake at the end, including poor quality, defect, DOA( Dead on Arrive), sending wrong item, Send the wrong goods, lack of accessories and etc, we can send you a new item free of charge, or you can choose to receive a full refund.

* When returning or exchanging items, Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.

YOU CANNOT RETURN A PRODUCT IF (Customers’ Responsibility)
1. The product has been used or has traces of having been used.

1. Please email with your return request. Please include your name and order number, and give a detailed description of the defect and send pictures or video to show the defect, and explain the reason.

2. Please wait for a reply from our support team for us to verify the case and follow the instructions you receive from us. Processing is usually completed within 2-3 business days.

About return address: Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.(Get the specific return address through this

Please make sure you don't include non-IANONI items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive your refund on the same account that you used to pay for your order. Your refund will be issued, it usually takes around 7-14 business days (Credit card) , entirely depending on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
